Dr. Molnar was speaking at the Oral Session "Separation Science - Chromatography" about "QbD Approach to HPLC Method Development" (260-5) and at the Oral Session "Characterization and Uses of Stationary Phase Selectivity - An Applied Perspective", organized and chaired by Lloyd R. Snyder, about "Applications of Quality by Design for HPLC-Columns" (2890-8). The talk presented a new approach of column selection to find the best column for an unknown mixture based on six experiments on six columns under involvement of the well known ColumnMatch database software (pdf). Molnár-Institute will be presented at PittCon 2011 and will present the newest innovations and trends of our HPLC method development package DryLab® 2010. ![]() Take a peek at the near future of modern HPLC method development: The quality of pharmaceutical products is mostly approved by HPLC methods. A safe and robust method is therefore a necessary component of the production process. DryLab® 2010 helps to achieve this aim. It helps to structure and organize your work, save time and material for runs and make the laboratory work more predictable, reliable, transferable and successful. DryLab® 2010 explores the HPLC Design Space for the most important chromatographic factors in a systematic, straightforward way. |
