Method Design
You have a complex mixture and need an HPLC method immediately? The method needs to be robust and economical and have a short run time, but you anticipate weeks or even months of work on this task? Resources are tied up, and other projects must wait while valuable time is wasted?

If you're in a predicament like this, we offer two options:

1) We develop the method with your experiments. You send us 4 runs with your sample (no names needed) prepared according to the attached
Guide for Running Chromatographic Experiments as Input Data for DryLab® Models (PDF, 44 K), and we develop a model representing approximately 10.000 precise predictions.

2) You send us your sample, and we develop a state-of-the-art method using DryLab® from our laboratories in Berlin.

We deliver:
  • All necessary peak tracking
  • Input of experimental results into DryLab
  • Development of a model for your mixture with a buffer (eluent A) and acetonitrile or methanol (eluent B)
  • Gradient vs temperature model (4 reproducible input runs with a factor 3 in steepness and 30 °C difference in temperature), or
  • Isocratic: %B vs. temperature model (4 reproducible input runs: 20%B and 30 °C difference), or
  • Gradient vs pH-value model (6 reproducible input runs with 3 pH values with a difference of 0.5 pH, each at two gradient times), or
  • Isocratic: %B vs pH model (6 reproducible input runs with 20% difference in B and 3 pH-values 0.5 units difference)
  • Proof of robustness
  • Method development report
Contact us to discuss your project. We will gladly consider other options or possible approaches.
