Dr. Molnár has a distinguished background in the study, research, and applications of HPLC and the development of DryLab® and PeakMatch® software.

Dr. rer. nat. Hans-Jürgen Rieger, Vice President, Product Management
Dr. Rieger has worked with Molnár-Institute since 1999 as a chemist specializing in software programming. In close cooperation with Dr. Molnár, he is responsible for the development of new versions of DryLab® and the software tool PeakMatch®. He is also teaching HPLC courses.

Dipl.-Informat.-Oec.-Ing. Norbert Klapczynski, Head of Software Maintenance and Software Production
Norbert Klapczynski is in charge of programming of new DryLab-versions and he manages the distribution of DryLab and PeakMatch for large industrial network users. He is also responsible for software maintenance and development in worldwide installations.

Ellie studied at Haverford College in the U.S., and has many years of experience in process optimization and customer relations. She is responsible for sales and customer relationship management.
